Well, I'll try not to get too detailed.... but here is my idea:

Harry will become an auror.  Ron will become angry with Harry sometime in the book and joins the dark side to get back at him.... do you think Harry would kill Ron?  Hmmm....Hermione, of course, will take neither side but support Harry....Draco takes Ron's place and uses all the inside info from his father to try and get Ron back to being friends with Harry and out of the Death Eaters....not for Ron, just....because he can.  Draco and Harry are forced to join together and fight the death eaters...and get rid of voldermort!  What a twist.  I dunno, I just thought of it.  We also find out that Voldermort is Harry's Grandpa.  Hmmm.  (They way she described Tom Riddle to me sounds exacly like harry...dark hair, skinny... c'mon, put them together!)  I dunno....the ending would be happy, but left open.  Harry will get to speak to his parents.  Just ideas...don't kill me!

Woukld it pacify anyone if i said that he should die while defeating Voldemort? Then he would be made into a hero, something he isn't really, since Lily was the one who really defeated Voldemort. Everyone seems to forget that.

Dracos Girl- I can't really see Harry taking on such a violent job as an auror  I definately can't see Ron ever joining the dark side.  His view of it all is very simple.  I think Draco would stand back and laugh instead of help.  I do agree that the way J.K. described Tom was creepy!

slyraven- I don't care if Harry is a hero or not.  I just want him to have a long, happy life.

It would be a intresting end...but JK did say in an interview 'Why would I kill off the main character' but you never know with JK.

I want Harry to die and when Hermione looks at his forehead, the scar was gone, and Voldemort had disappeared again... waiting... waiting... until another Quirrel comes... and then another Tom Riddle... and then another Wormtail... and when this time comes, there will be no Harry Potter.
