Has anyone here payed enough attention to the books to get a pretty fair idea how to make a wand? Well ok! I think you have to get a magical creature thing or something and install it in a piece of wood and then it works! But I don't know... what are your ideas...

I just always thought that they carved a piece of wood into a thin strip thing. After that I thought they would cut a hole in it and put like a phoenix feather in it or something. But now that I think about it, that wouldn't work, because it wouldn't be very magical I guess...

Well maybe it is like how they made that scepter for Halloween Town... except smaller... need such and such ingredients.. more than a phoenix feather...

Maybe the wand maker takes a piece of wood, carve it or whatever then use a spell that enables the magical core to seep into the wand..
Good question, isaiahamoz

I always thought they take a piece of wood they want like ebony, oak, willow and stuff, drill a whole in it at the top and but like a magical substance in it. Then they add something to spark it up, a secret ingredient of a wandmaker.
