Good question! I would probably um, I don't know, but I'd probably have a 4th challenge- a duel! They would have very strict rules and supervision, however!

I wouldn't have the 3 task be a maze and replace it with a duel.

I would replace the 2nd Task with a simulation in icy, snowy, cold, weater in the Himalayans. Hehe... they would have to battle bigfoots and otha stuff and to win, they had to find a bigfoot egg.
