I wonder why everyone people hate Draco so much. He tried to make friends with Harry. It's Ron that stopped him, because his father told him to hate all Weaslys.

If he hadn't met him at the fitting room place they might have been friends. He hasn't always been directly mean towards Harry, but Harry takes it personally when Malfoy talks about Ron and Hagrid. I don't care whether Draco is friends with Harry or not, although Harry might make more interesting conversation then Crabbe or Goyle.
