I loved it, I mean, of course- It's Harry Potter! I had been waiting for it for a couple of years. But there were so many great parts they left out of the book. And I know that all babies eyes are blue, but Harry has green green eyes and in the beginning when he is a baby they aren't. Also, they left out the wizarding duel that never really happened between Harry and Draco...... I mean, they got alot of the book right in the movie. The characters were quite like I imagined them, they really got the feel of the book....but they left out some real good parts! What do you guys think the worst thing about the movie was or that they left out was? Harry didn't seem very shocked when he found out he was a wizard. Dudley was only slightly overweight compared to what I thought he would look like. BUT I LOVED IT!

Do you guys know when it will come to video? How long does it usually take? I tell you , my parents will regret buying it for me when they do. That's all I'll do- watch it! Maybe they'll have a Christmas release. Wow, November will be a good month this year! :: excited even though it's so far away:: Plus I turn 15 in October which is good because then I can get my permit, yaaaaaaaay! Does anyone know where I can send all of the actors fanmail? I'd like to write to them now before they get *too* famous and it takes years to write back! (Or they never even do)

I don't love it. But I like it very much. It wouldn't be anything without Draco. It stuck to the story pretty well - but they did miss a lot out. It's good that they chose UK cast - I don't mean to offend anyone but the story is English!  Okay - it was good - but not brilliant. I will get the video - but only becuase of Malfoy. Because it isn't really the kind of film that you would never get tired of. Some of the actors seem a bit - I don't know how to put it - young? They over-acted a bit. Some of them - not all. Generally the younger ones - probably to lack of experience. But in the long run I'd have to say I love it because like is almost too weak. For me anyway. Feltongirl |

I wouldn't like it on its own, but as a companion to the book, I love it.  It could have been better. Of course, it could have been eight hours long, too... Dracos Girl- The kid who played harry did have green contacts in. The contacts really hurt his eyes, too. For some reason they didn't come out green on film, though...  I think the worst thing they left out was Lee's wild commenting. I really like Lee... Heard it was coming to video in May...but I'm not sure which country that is... -Amanda |

I LLLLOOOOVVVEEEEDDDD it i have the movie and my parents are made for watching it so much . i mean i read the bookk over 30 times and the movie only 25 so don't i have to make it even
