I know, I hate Britney too. Especially this new 'girl to woman thingy. All the songs are about the same thing. And I thought 'I'm a slave 4 u' was bad.
Anyway, I'm from the UK. I'm twelve years old. I like Harry Potter (duh, if I didn't I would be here), acting and roller skating. I dislike Britney Spears, fish (eating them) and my teacher.

Yep, that's definitely a good description of what I look like. ;D  Now you know almost exactly what I look like LOL.  I've naturally got bushy hair like Hermione except it's light brown.

I think Britney Spears is irritating.  I'm into classical music because I play violin, piano and sing.  I draw and also write.  I read fantasy books and I don't think I'll bore you all with any more details.  Oh, and I also hate my name.  I also hate the colour pink and I whinge when people make their posts pink.  I also hated all the pink dresses at the Yule Ball in the books, kind of make me wince.

I'm 15, female and from a place you've never heard of called the Faroe Islands.

I'm about 160 cm tall (or small, whatever...) have shoulder leinght red har, blue eyes and I am particulary fond of my full lips and white teeth.

I play the saxophone, which I really like. In the summer I row and in winter I play volleyball. My family is insane, I am on the verge of truly loathing my brothers, but my sister and I get along all right...

Things that are to my liking include:: the moon, sunrises, cold winter air, stars, the ocean, Sheryl Crow, the internet, Farscape, Claudia Black, Angeina Jolie (I am rapidy becoming obsessed...) writing, reading, Harry Potter, drawing (though I'm not very good at it...) and such.

My dislikes include: Britney Spears and other random pop music (Suprise, suprise...) my religion teacher, my chemistry teacher, my math teacher, the whole bloody school system, my crappy computer, the average males around here, randomly stupid, ignorant, racist, sexist and otherwise discriminant people.

Well, i have dark hair, light brown eyes, and am way to thin(people some up to me on the street and ask me if i'm anorexic), and am about 5"5.
I live in Australia and i like listening to Rock music.
I can't stand manufactured bands like Five, BSB and people like Britney.
They don't seem to have learnt the word 'original'.
I like reading, playing football(soccer or tackle footy), being a freak in general, and listening to music, like Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, Pearl Jam, etc.

Now that I've posted all over this board...yes...I believe I will introduce myself.

My name is Amanda.  I'm 20 years old.  I'm from the U.S. of A.  Yes, the country with the same evil people who decided to put SORCERER'S stone on all the books.    Yuck!  I worked in KB Toys over Christmas, and I got my insignificant chance for rebellion...heeheheh...  I placed the price tags for the Harry Potter toys over the word "Sorcerer's" on each toy.  

Anyway, yes, what I look like...  I'm 5'7"  That's something like 170 cm, I think...  130 pounds.  I have long blonde hair, pale skin and dark blue eyes.  My features in shape are quite Native American, which makes me look a bit odd (exotic, my friends like to tell me, but I maintain that the word is "odd.")   Well, that's what one gets when one is a mish-mash of everything.

I love Harry Potter, anime, dinosaurs, and anything fantasy oriented.  I do quite a bit of drawing.  A large portion of my time is spent surfing Japanese Harry Potter fan sites.  I love their artwork.

I'm Nadirah, a female girl who is going crazy over HP, anime (especially Slayers, tsk tsk me) and I'm also obsessed with anime songs, they're just great. (Britney sucks too) Anyway, I'm a Malaysian, and I have black hair (duh) and I'm 5'2" and something like that.  EDIT: I forgot to add that I'm 16 this year, ehehe.

I'm currently at US, though. I lived in Troy, NY. (Not many people know where that is, lol) I just moved here because my parents are furthering their studies and I will probably go back to Malaysia in December (grumbles) which, I don't want to, because I like it here. Their education is great and I was hoping to finish High School here. *sighs* I guess there's no real hope for that!

Anyway, I like to talk a lot, as most people have found out when they talk to me on MSN or YIM. I can be crazy too. If anyone wants to talk to me, feels free too. I have MSN ([e-mail]) and YIM ([e-mail]) and they're pretty easy to remember and obvious too. ^_^

Northern California is the coolest.  It's not always hot in temprature, if that's what you mean.  Ranges from 50s (down to freezing sometimes at night) in the winter (aka Rainy Season) to 80s in the summer- if you lived where I lived.  I lived in a valley by San Francisco.  The city of San Francisco itself generally stays about 60 degrees because of the ocean.  Go up north and it gets cold, go south and it gets hot.

Northern California is great because of its sheer open-mindedness.  If you are a role-player, Harry Potter fan, anime fan, like to parade around the streets in a kilt- whatever- the general population thinks of you as just as good as the rest of them.  There is anime EVERYWHERE.  Here in Connecticut it's hard to find subtitled anime anywhere, but in the California Bay Area subbed was in even amounts with dubbed in every store.  Anime stores, conventions, whatever.  The people are extremely nice and layed-back.  If you ask somebody in a store to do something for you, they do it.  Happily.  Correctly.  The first time.  No seven phone calls to a store to remind them that you exist and to bully them into helping you, like here in Connecticut.  The California Bay Area is perfect for me.  Then I move here to Connecticut where everyone is naturally your enemy instead of naturally your friend...  Grrr...  I'M GOING BACK!!!
